Privacy Policy

SubEz (subez.app, "we", "us") helps independent subcontractors track jobs, splits, and payments. This page explains, in plain words, what information we hold and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email, and a password (stored scrambled — we can never read it). If you sign in with Google, we get your name and email from Google instead.
• What you put in: your jobs, quotes, materials, receipt photos, dispatchers, splits, payments, appointments, and notes. That includes your customers' names, phone numbers, and addresses when you save them.
• Technical basics: standard server logs (like when the app was used) to keep things running and secure.

What we do with it

• Run SubEz for you: the math, the dashboards, the statements you export.
• Send you email: a welcome note, and weekly/monthly summaries of your numbers — which you can switch off any time in Reports or with one click in the email itself.
• Help you when you contact support.

We do not sell your information. Ever. Your books are your business.

Your customers' information

Details you save about your customers belong to your records — we store them for you and use them only to show them back to you. You're responsible for using your customers' information lawfully.

Who else touches the data

Only the services that physically run SubEz, and only as far as needed:

• Railway — hosts the app and database (USA).
• Cloudflare — delivers the website securely.
• Resend — sends our emails.
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google".
• Stripe — when paid subscriptions launch, payments will be handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Security

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Every account's data is isolated — no user can see another user's books.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data as long as you have an account. Delete anything yourself inside the app at any time. Want everything gone? Message us on WhatsApp (+1 347-484-7107) or email [email protected]and we'll erase your account and all of its data within 30 days.

Age

SubEz is a work tool for adults — you must be at least 18 to use it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page (and by email for big changes). Operated from New Jersey, USA.
