SubEz

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Welcome to SubEz (subez.app). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not to scare you.

What SubEz is

SubEz is a tool for tracking jobs, materials, dispatcher splits, and payments. It does math on the numbers you enter. It is not an accountant, a tax advisor, a lawyer, or a bank — and nothing in the app is financial, tax, or legal advice. Check important numbers before you act on them.

Your account

  • Keep your password to yourself. What happens under your login is on you.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it current.
  • One person per account — don't share logins.

Your data is yours

Everything you put into SubEz stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it just to run the service for you. You can export your records (Excel/CSV) any time, and you can ask us to delete everything — see the Privacy Policy.

Play fair

  • Use SubEz for your own legitimate business records.
  • No breaking in, scraping, overloading, copying, or reselling the service.
  • No illegal content or use. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.

Subscriptions

Parts of SubEz may become paid. Prices and terms will be shown clearly before you ever pay, payments will be handled by Stripe, and you'll be able to cancel any time — cancellation stops future charges and your data stays in your account.

The honest disclaimers

  • SubEz is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise zero bugs or zero downtime.
  • Your deals with dispatchers and customers are between you and them — SubEz only keeps score.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to SubEz is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (or $50 if you haven't paid anything).

Ending things

You can stop using SubEz whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when reasonable.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. If we update the terms in a meaningful way, we'll post it here and note the date above. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
